BlinkPool is committed to providing a high-quality service to all our users. However, we recognise that sometimes we are unable to meet your expectations, and in doing so, we want to hear from you as soon as possible so we may resolve your concern quickly and fairly.

Please include your username, your full name and detailed explanation of your issue including any screenshots or additional information.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly on our website using the support button which will ask you to fill in a short form so that we can better deal with your issue once submitted.
What to expect from us
Our customer support team will respond to you within 2 working days so that we can work with you to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can request an escalation which will be overseen by a member of our management team. This should be seen as BlinkPool's final response.
If you are not in agreement with our final response please contact us and we will refer you to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, IBAS. They are a third party organisation offering independent adjudication in relation to betting and gaming disputes.
